‘The Bachelorette’: Why Tyler G. Allegedly Got Removed from the Show

The Bachelorette has been known to have some sleazy guys. From Chad Johnson to the infamous Juan Pablo Galavis, some of the men that make it onto the show are notably less than stellar.

On each season, there are villains. Some villains make themselves known right up front and some hide their sinister ways from the lead for as long as possible.

With the increase of people sharing their lives via social media, fans have been able to weed out a lot of guys who wouldn’t be there for the right reasons before the show even begins. But even with Bachelor nation on vigilante duty, some guys slip through the cracks and have to be removed by production.

Who is Tyler G?

Last week, we were really introduced to Tyler Gwozdz as he got the first one-on-one date. But the show hasn’t divulged that much about him.

He is currently working towards getting a Master’s in Clinical Psychology at Florida Atlantic University. He graduated from Trinity College with a degree in Economics. He eventually wants to get his Ph.D. and become a clinical psychologist, according to his Bachelor bio.

Gwozdz also worked for Spiked Seltzer and was the product’s first salesman in 2014. He worked for the company through its acquisition by Anheuser-Busch in 2016 and helped launch the drink in states around the U.S.

When is Gwozdz removed from the show?

If you ever want to know Bachelorette spoilers, then you know where to go. Reality Steve.

Recently, Steve dished some news on Gwozdz, who was quickly becoming a fan favorite after his one-on-one date.

According to Steve, the producers will remove Gwozdz from the show next week while the rest of the guys are out on a group date.

“They had been given some information about his past relationships and told him it wouldn’t be good for him to remain on the show and he needed to leave immediately,” Steve said on his site.

What did Gwozdz do to be sent home?

ABC has not commented on why Gwozdz was released from the show, but some fans think that a Reddit thread may have had something to do with it.

On the thread, a user said that she and her friends went to high school with Gwozdz and that he was an extreme misogynist.

“The story that most caught my attention involves his treatment of an ex,” the user continued. “Apparently, he dated a really sweet girl, but they would get in public screaming matches often. The relationship ended horrifically. While in Europe, he SPIT ON HER and left.”

If the Bachelor producers found that Reddit thread, then chances are that they didn’t take those allegations too lightly.

One user claimed that they sent the thread to Ashley Spivey, a former Bachelor contestant who loves calling guys out.

Spivey really shook up Becca Kufrin’s season of The Bachelorette with her sleuthing skills. She was the one responsible for bringing Garrett Yrigoyen’s weird racist and transphobic social media persona to the light and also uncovered that Lincoln Adim had been convicted on indecent assault and battery charges.

Who knows who else she will expose this season.
