I went to a place called Le Petit Nice which is in Marseille and it’s–it was one of the first Michelin star restaurants that I’ve ever really been to so it was right on the coast of Marseille and it hangs out over the water and I went there with Annie who is my wife and when we were first together.
We stayed there and it was more expensive to eat there than it is to stay in the hotel. It’s a very expensive restaurant. But it was this huge tasting menu and it was so so good that we started to laugh. Like the food was so good that we laughed hysterically. Things would come out like ‘ha ha!’ It was so amazing.
And I remember there was a–they brought a little beaker of nuts and sat it on the table to which I thought ‘oh the nuts will be here the whole time.’ And at one point they just came and took them away because I haven’t gotten into them and I still to this day regret that I did not eat those nuts. That was the greatest 13-course meal of my life.
