‘The View’ Fans Believe This Co-Host Is The Reason For Meghan McCain’s Bad Attitude

Meghan McCain is one of the most controversial co-hosts The View has ever had. The political analyst serves as the Republican insider in an effort to keep the “Hot Topics” table balanced. Although the conservative co-host does make excellent points and offers a great counter viewpoint, she has been increasingly displaying a bad attitude during the live broadcasts.

Every time McCain is interrupted by another co-host or cut due to commercial break, she throws a tantrum. McCain is not new to live television but seems to struggle with acknowledging a schedule.

It’s one thing debating at home where time is not a constraint but it’s completely different doing it on television. Add to that, there are four other co-hosts that want to express their opinion and there’s not much time to extend debates.

Fans of the ABC talk show have a theory on why McCain is excessively less patient on Friday’s episodes.

“There are some backstories happening there for sure. I don’t think the quietness and pouting on Friday were because of Joy or the normal childishness she exhibits. She literally hates Ana Navarro. Watch Meghan McCain whenever Ana is on. She is like a pouting baby. I adore Ana,” a fan tweeted.

Ana Navarro, who defines herself as a Republican, is a permanent guest co-host on Friday’s as Whoopi Goldberg takes the day off. Fans believe that McCain’s relationship with Navarro is what upsets the former.

“I agree. She knows that Ana is beloved by the audience and they would rather have Ana in Meghan’s spot. Meghan McCain has made the show unbearable,” another fan added.

Meghan McCain and Ana Navarro have a tense relationship

It was reported that Navarro was in talks to get a full-time seat on The View after Sarah Haines left. According to a source and Daily Mail, McCain “begged” network executives not hire Navarro. Instead, ABC gave the spot to Abby Huntsman, a friend of McCain.

Despite Navarro only appearing once a week, she has become a fan-favorite.

One quick glance at Twitter and you will see fans of Navarro that would love her to “replace Meghan McCain on The View.”

“I second that,” a viewer replied. “[McCain] is really annoying and even if you have a different opinion, she just tries to overtalk with nonsense. Ana [is] relatable and funny. She’s a conservative that could have a real conversation with substance,” another fan added.

“I agree. I can’t stand when Meghan doesn’t get her way, she pouts. When there are Democrats on, she always tries to get them on a ‘gotcha’ question but it very seldom works. She is really immature. Love Ana, she is seasoned and intelligent,” another viewer tweeted.

Ana Navarro snaps at Meghan McCain

When Navarro made her first appearance this season on The View, tensions rose when the former snapped at McCain during a debate. As the panel was talking about the whistleblower that parked the impeachment inquiry against Donald Trump, McCain yelled out “excuse me” towards Navarro.

“You know, I’m two feet away. Don’t need you to scream at me this way,” Navarro told McCain.

“I don’t know what you just said,” McCain dismissed her.

“I said don’t scream at me, I’m two feet away,” Navarro repeated more clearly so McCain could understand her.

McCain was left speechless as the audience gasped at Navarro’s snap.

“You know what, that’s so rude Ana, welcome back,” McCain is heard saying as Joy Behar sent to commercial break.

McCain then got up from her set as the commercial break started and cameras caught her heading off backstage.
