This ’90 Day Fiance’ Star Just Got a Face Tattoo, Fans React

Jay Smith has made plenty of questionable choices during his tenure on 90 Day Fiancé — and they’ve certainly been memorable. The infamous star has put ex-wife Ashley Martson through the ringer. Martson has had to deal with infidelity scandals, complications from lupus, and a troubling divorce process that could result in Smith’s deportation. Martson even decided to check herself into a wellness retreat to deal with the aftermath of her relationship with Smith. Now, it seems Smith has made another interesting choice — the would-be tattoo artist just got a face tattoo.

Jay Smith’s infidelity problems

Ashley Martson and Jay Smith were married in Las Vegas only a single day before Jay Smith made his first big mistake. Only one day after their nuptials, Martson caught the 90 Day Fiancé star chatting up other women on Tinder. Obviously, this did not bode well for the rest of their relationship, and it was only eight months later that Martson filed for divorce.

However, Martson decided to give Smith another chance and rescinded the divorce paperwork only 11 days after filing. Sadly, the marriage was short-lived regardless. Martson caught Smith cheating a second time, and filed for divorce for good. Ashley wrote on Instagram, “It’s all fun as games until your ass gets deported. Have fun at the strip club with MY money and MY car you’re driving around without a license!”

A source revealed to InTouch that Martson wasn’t backing down this time. “Ashley is indeed filing for divorce after catching Jay cheating yet again. She has reached her breaking point and this is the final straw. She feels like she was an opportunity for him and she is hurt and disgusted,” explained the source.

Smith could be on the way to getting deported

During a conversation with Instagrammer John Yates, Martson revealed that she has an upcoming court date on August 7 that will help to determine Jay Smith’s future in the U.S. Martson told Yates, “He will be deported on August 7 unless he runs, which is what I’m assuming he’s probably [planning].”

Martson added, “The thing that’s really frustrating is he’s here illegally now… I did file for his adjustment of status, and then two weeks later he screwed up again, so I withdrew it.”

Additionally, Martson revealed that Smith currently has a warrant out for his arrest. She told Yates, “[Immigration and Customs Enforcement] has already been here to arrest him. They know where he works… I mean obviously if they come to my house at this point, I’m gonna tell them where he’s at. So I’m not sure why he’s still sticking around because we got a letter three weeks ago saying he has an active warrant for his arrest.”

Since moving to the United States, Jay Smith has been pursuing his career as a tattoo artist. However, with deportation possibly looming, Smith might be seeing his dream of becoming a U.S. tattoo artist cut short.

In a decision that many 90 Day Fiancé fans found outrageous, Jay Smith decided to get a face tattoo in the shape of his home country of Jamaica. Instagram users immediately began roasting Smith. “Hopefully it’s his mailing address back to Jamaica,” commented one user.

Another wrote, “If he misses Jamaica so bad, he should just go back.”

One user echoed similar sentiments, writing, “One would think that clown would have other things on his mind!!! Like being deported and getting ready to move back to Jamaica!!!”
