Last Thanksgiving, over 9 million viewers streamed This Is Us Season 1, Episode 8, “Pilgrim Rick,” according to USDish. It was ranked in the top 15 of the most popular TV episodes to watch on the American holiday.

Randall’s (Sterling K. Brown) enthusiasm on Thanksgiving is infectious. The many traditions that he carries out are strange but heartwarming after fans watch the flashbacks they stem from. On top of the love of traditions, fans found a different perspective on Rebecca’s second marriage to Miguel.
