You may know Justin Hartley for his role as Kevin on NBC’s This Is Us. Friday, he took on a very different part, as the host of The Ellen Degeneres Show. Hartley had us laughing when he showed off the various random things fans like to put his face on, including a pillowcase.

The most exciting part of the show was when he began giving dating advice to Bachelorette star Hannah Brown. Read on to see what he told her as well as her response as to why she’s not dating right now.

Hartley suggests that former ‘Bachelorette’ Hannah Brown should try a dating app

When Hartley takes over The Ellen Degeneres Show, Brown is a bit disappointed because she is a big fan of Ellen. However, Hartley does such a great job of pulling out the laughs that you almost forget that you are missing Ellen.

Hartley starts out his interview with Brown by confirming that she is, in fact, currently single, and the audience starts laughing. Next, he asks her if she has heard that there are dating apps. Again, fans are cracking up.

Brown admits that she does not have time to date right now. The Dancing with the Stars celebrity barely has time to replace her paper towels.

She tells Hartley, “I actually dated 30 guys at one time, I don’t know if you know this.” Again, the audience loves this. She explains that she spent an entire year of her life trying to date, and it still didn’t work out.

The bottom line is that she is not ready to date again. She tells Hartley, “I am just focusing on me right now.”

Hartley gets the scoop on whether Brown is dating her ‘Dancing with the Stars’ partner

Hartley suggests that Dancing with the Stars is just as dramatic as the Bachelorette. He asks Brown to tell us what’s going on over there.

“Is it me? I feel like drama follows me wherever I go,” Brown tells Hartley.

Romance rumors have been flying since Brown and her dancing partner, Alan Bersten seem to have a fantastic chemistry on camera. Fans are all wondering whether the heat is carrying over off the dance floor.

She tells Hartley that she is officially not dating her dancing partner.

“We are great friends. He kind of has to be my best friend, so I make him be.” She continues, “It has been an amazing experience, but I just have trauma from dating.”

It looks like we will not see Brown with a dating partner any time soon.

After Hartley grills Brown about her dating life, she gets a chance to get back at him

To end Brown’s segment on a bang, Hartley gives her a bucket of baseballs. Bubly sparkling water agreed to donate $30,000 to Susan G. Komen if Brown dunks Hartley in the dunk tank on The Ellen Degeneres Show.

Brown has pretty terrible aim, and it takes her five tries to dunk Hartley, but it’s incredible when she does.

She may not be dating anyone right now, but she is having fun working on herself and her career. You can catch Brown on Dancing with the Stars on Mondays at 8 p.m. on ABC.
