The Real Reason Travis Scott Won’t Propose To Kylie Jenner During the Super Bowl

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott have one of the most talked about relationships in Hollywood. They began dating in the Spring of 2017, and they have a baby daughter named Stormi Webster together. Though they are relatively private about their relationship — they often leave cutesy notes and photos about their love for one another on their social media accounts and they have often hinted about getting married.

Now, Travis Scott is scheduled to perform at the Super Bowl Halftime Show on Feb. 3, 2018 as the New England Patriots take on the Los Angeles Rams. Many fans believe Scott will propose to Jenner during his performance, but we don’t think he will. Here’s the real reason, why the rapper won’t asked the Kylie Cosmeteics CEO to be his wife on Super Bowl Sunday.

The real reason why Travis Scott won’t propose to Kylie Jenner during the Super Bowl

Though the makeup mogul and rapper have never confirmed if they are actually married or not, rumors that the couple tied the knot for months. Recently, Jenner posted a photo of herself on Instagram with the caption, “extraño a mi esposo,” which translates to “I miss my husband.” The couple also loves to refer to each other as “hubby” and “wifey.”

Scott has said that when he does propose, it’s going to be “fire.” He told Rolling Stone, “We’ll get married soon. I just gotta sturdy up—I gotta propose in a fire way.” We think the Super Bowl is just too expected and cliche for Scott to propose there, and he’ll be focused on his performance. Also, though Jenner and Scott are a public couple they are pretty lowkey about their relationship. We don’t think the Astroworld rapper would plan something as public as the Super Bowl. It takes out the romance of a proposal.

When did Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott start dating?

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott began dating in April 2017, but the pair became exclusive in May 2017. In a 2018 interview with GQ, the Lip Kit mogul revealed some insider details about the early stages of her and the Astroworld rapper’s relationship and how they were able to connect. She said,

Coachella was one of the stops on his tour. So he said, ‘I’m going back on tour—what do we want to do about this?’ Because we obviously liked each other. We had a lot of downtime. It was organic. And we would just go to these random cities. We got to not be who we really were. Like, if we were in L.A., I feel like it would’ve been way different. Everything happened for a reason. We weren’t going out as “Kylie and Trav.” We would just be in Cleveland, walking the street for hours. We would go on walks, and no one would bother us.

Why did Kylie Jenner keep her pregnancy secret?

By Sept. 2017, rumors that Jenner was expecting her first child with Scott were flying around the internet, but the usually candid Kardashian/Jenner clan stayed silent. Jenner who is normally seen out and about was nowhere to be found. On Feb 4, 2018, Jenner got on Instagram to announce that she had given birth to a baby girl, Stormi Webster. She revealed that she chose to keep her pregnancy a secret so that she could remain as healthy and stress-free as possible.

When was Stormi Webster born?

Jenner and Scott’s baby daughter, Stormi Webster was born Feb. 1, 2018. Scott broke his silence on his daughter’s birth by tweeting, “2.1.18 4 ever New rager in town. !!!” He also gifted Jenner a $1.4 million Ferrari as a “push present.”

Travis calls Kylie “trophy”

On his album Astroworld, the fairly private Scott started getting more candid about his relationship with the mother of his child. The rapper referred to her as “trophy.” He also referenced her Forbes covers saying,  “Baby momma cover Forbes, got these other b*tches shook, yeah.”
