This Is How Travis Scott Feels About Kylie Jenner’s Potential Romance with Drake
Things in Hollywood — and specifically in the rap world have to be extremely interesting right now. Following her breakup with her long-term boyfriend and the father of her daughter, it looks like Kylie Jenner might be moving on from Travis Scott to Drake.
The world was stunned several weeks ago when seemingly out of the blue, the Astroworld rapper and makeup mogul decided to go their separate ways after two years together. This was especially stunning because there were no rumors about any issues or rifts between the two. In fact, in early August –the pair looked inseparable on Jenner’s lavish Italian cruise for her 22nd birthday. They also looked like the picture of perfection at the premiere of Scott’s Netflix documentary, Look Mom I Can Fly.
However, appearances can be deceiving. Now that Scott and Jenner have pulled the plug on their relationship — rumors are buzzing that the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star might be getting cozy with rapper, Drake.
Why did Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott break up?
When Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott met in the Spring of 2017 at Coachella, their romance moved at a rapid pace. They were inseparable, and by February 2018, Jenner had given birth to the couple’s adorable baby daughter, Stormi. However, in the midst of this, Scott’s career and celebrity took off.
As Kylie wanted more home time, Scott’s schedule and time away from his family only increased. An insider told Hollywood Life,
Travis was getting antsy not going out more now that Stormi is older and he wanted to live the life he has afforded himself and be out and about more. Though Kylie is young and wants to go out herself, she is also a wonderful mother and wants to live her life as a family. He really likes focusing on touring instead of chilling with Kylie and Stormi. Not that it isn’t fun for him, but it is something he doesn’t always want to do. [Kylie] doesn’t like Travis not wanting to be there more often doing the family thing and that was one of the initial strains that brought upon the breakup.
This added to the couple’s constant bickering and fizzled the original spark that burned hot between them. Today, the couple is working on their friendship and co-parenting their daughter.
Kylie Jenner was spotted getting cozy with Drake
On Oct. 23, Jenner attended Drake’s blowout 33rd birthday. This isn’t out of the norm since Drake (despite his beef with Kanye West) has known the KarJenner family for years. However, onlookers was shocked to see that Jenner stayed by the Care Package rapper’s side for most of the night. A source told Us Weekly, “She spent the most time near Drake and his friends, Kylie was rapping to songs and dancing with her friends while she was next to Drake, but they weren’t dancing together, they seemed to have a connection though.” Another source added,
They seemed to be enjoying each other’s company. They were joking around and Kylie was laughing. She seemed to be really happy and in a great mood and her and Drake seemed very comfortable with each other. There seemed to be an attraction there.
How would Travis Scott feel about a potential Kylie Jenner and Drake romance?
Travis Scott and Drake are very friendly even though the Houston native did not attend the Toronto-born rapper’s soiree. If things blossomed romantically between Drake and the mother of his daughter, Scott would not be happy. A source explained to Hollywood Life,
He would feel a bit betrayed if Drake started anything with Kylie that was anything romantic. Travis considers Drake a good friend. He loves collaborating and performing with Drake. He trusts that it was just a fun night out and nothing more happened and people are just overshooting their expectations on this potential relationship.
Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner might get back together
From what we understand, the current split between Jenner and Scott is only supposed to be temporary as they work through their issues. An insider explained to Hollywood Life,
Travis would still love to figure out getting back with Kylie, so hearing that a friend might be coming on his turf so to speak is a little jarring for Travis to handle He’s hoping and assuming everything was innocent and he is not joining in on the speculation that they are anything more than just friends.
