Travis Scott recently announced the launch of a historic collaboration with fast-food chain McDonald’s, and fans have been loving it. The exciting partnership began on Sept. 8 and features a new Travis Scott-themed menu item, new uniforms for employees, and a ton of exclusive merchandise that is sure to resell for a lot of money in the future. 

Scott’s collaboration with McDonald’s marks a major milestone for his career, as it is the first celebrity meal the franchise has offered since 1992 with Michael Jordan. This partnership is far from Scott’s only endorsement, as he’s also done collaborations with brands such as Nike and Fortnite, but it’s arguably his most impressive. But what’s most intriguing about the collaboration isn’t even the menu item he’s gotten, it’s the unique merchandise he’s offering fans.

Travis Scott had a wildly successful 2019 that set him up for unparalleled success over the last 12 months. After the release of 2018’s hit album Astroworld, Scott headlined he 2019 Super Bowl LIII halftime show and Scott embarked on the Astroworld tour that netted him $58 million. 

Since then, his undeniable popularity has led to several high profile brand partnerships, including a sneaker deal with Nike and a streaming event with the Fortnite video game. Scott has also released several hit records, including the chart-topping singles “Sicko Mode” and “Highest in the Room.” 

Scott has gone on to become one of the most-streamed artists in the world, with his “The Scotts” collaboration with Kid Cudi debuting to 7.45 million streams on Spotify, according to HighSnobiety.  

Scott recently launched a massive partnership with McDonald’s 

On Sept. 8, Scott kicked off a month-long partnership with fast-food chain McDonald’s. The partnership is the brand’s first celebrity meal endorsement since Michael Jordan’s in 1992 and features a meal that consists of a Quarter Pounder with cheese, bacon, lettuce, pickles, ketchup, and mustard, a medium fry with BBQ Sauce, and a Sprite, according to Variety.

McDonald’s also unveiled a new logo that incorporates Scott’s “Cactus Jack” logo and revealed that McDonald’s employees will also be wearing new uniforms featuring the rapper’s branding. Furthermore, fans can purchase a ton of exclusive new merchandise on Scott’s website.

Never one to be normal, Scott has taken it upon himself to provide fans with some one-of-a-kind merchandise that is sure to resell for insane amounts of money. Aside from the usual merch items such as t-shirts, shirts, hats, and hoodies, there are a number of unorthodox merch items that fans can purchase, including a basketball, a metal lunchbox, work pants, a lunch tray, a work jacket, socks, a jersey, rugs, a tie, a life-size action figure cutout, and the kicker—a full-sized Chicken McNugget body pillow. 

Fans interested in purchasing the menu item or any of Scott’s new merchandise have until Oct. 4 to buy.
