Tristan Thompson Attended The Kardashian Christmas Party and It Means So Much
It’s no secret that Tristan Thompson’s relationship with the KarJenners is fraught, to say the least. Though the reality family welcomed the NBA player into the lives openly when he began dating Khloé Kardashian back in 2017, all of that changed by the time the reality star gave birth to their daughter, True.
It turns out that Thompson was cheating on Kardashian during the duration of their relationship with various women. It all came to a head the week of True’s birth. Still, despite the lies and humiliation — the Good American founder forgave Thompson.
That all came to a screeching halt during Valentine’s Day Weekend 2019 when Thompson was caught locking lips with family friend, Jordyn Woods. It was the final straw for Kardashian. Now, however — it appears that Thompson might be back on Kardashian’s good side.

Just one day after playing in an NBA game against the Atlanta Hawks in Cleveland — Thompson rushed to Los Angeles to attend the starstudded KarJenner Christmas party. This year, the soiree was hosted by Kourtney Kardashian. Though Kardashian and Thompson have been adamant about co-parenting well together — many fans were shocked that the NBA star received an invite to the event.
Though they took no photographs together, it was clear from their respective Instagram accounts that True’s parents both attended the party. Kardashian was in numerous shots with her family, and Thompson posted a portrait of himself at the soiree that was labeled “Portraits of the Kardashian West Jenner Christmas Celebration by The Collective You.”
Khloé Kardashian might be open to taking Thompson back in the future
Though she has been adamant about distancing herself romantically from Thompson, that hasn’t stopped the NBA player from doing everything he can to win her back. He’s showered her with expensive gifts like a diamond necklace and a pink diamond ring — and he’s constantly complimenting her on social media and telling her he loves her.
“Tristan is very charming and sweet to Khloé,” an insider told People. “She always wanted to keep her family together because of True. Splitting from Tristan in the past was extremely difficult for her. She is flattered that he is trying to win her back, but not flattered enough to be in a romantic relationship with him. Who knows what will happen in the future though. Right now she is focused on just getting along with him so they can have the best family time together with True.”

Though he’s been doing everything he can think of to try and get back in Kardashian’s life romantically — it looks like the Revenge Body host might be moving on with someone new in 2020. An insider told Hollywood Life, “Khloé’s heart is open and it would be baby steps but that is the best advice she is giving herself, so as of this moment she isn’t dating anyone serious at all but she isn’t out of the game just yet.”
We’re just nervous that when Kardashian does officially move on, her co-parenting relationship with Thompson might crumble. After all, he doesn’t seem to be someone who is used not getting what he wants.
