‘OutDaughtered’: Are Danielle Busby and Audrey Roloff Friends in Real Life?

Could we see Audrey Roloff on the new season of OutDaughtered? The former Little People, Big World star appears to be friends with Danielle Busby in real life.

Mom of six Danielle has praised Love Letter Life, the book Audrey wrote with her husband Jeremy. She’s also promoted Roloff’s Always More clothing line on Instagram. Now, the two are both vacationing in Hawaii. We say a reality TV crossover is inevitable at some point.

Busby and Roloff have a lot in common

Roloff and Busby are both TLC network stars, but they have more than that in common. Both are parents of girls, for one. Busby has six daughters, including her famous set of quintuplets. Roloff to one daughter named Ember, and she and her husband have said they’d like to expand their family.

Both women are also very religious. Audrey and Jeremy talk about how their Christian faith has influenced their relationship in their book A Love Letter Life. Plus, her clothing line Always More is inspired by a Bible verse, Ephesians 3:20: “Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than we could ever ask or imagine…”

“The heart of this shop is to encourage and inspire women to ALWAYS believe in the MORE that is within them through Christ,” Roloff explains on the brand’s website.

The Busbys are also religious. Danielle has written about how they looked to God when faced with a decision about whether to proceed with their quintuplet pregnancy. Though doctors advised the couple that carrying all five babies to term was risky, they decided to take the chance. “We are holding on to our faith and convictions as followers of Christ and refuse to abort over half of our babies per the medical doctors advice,” they explained on their blog.

TLC fans got the first sign of Roloff and Busby’s friendship on Instagram. Last September, Roloff posted about visiting Nashville, and Busby popped up in the comments. “Love Nashville!!! If y’all head to Houston at all…y’all better shout out to us!!!” she wrote. Roloff replied with, “[W]e totes will.”

So far, it doesn’t look like the Houston meetup has happened yet. That’s not too surprising, since the Roloffs have been busy promoting their book, and their tour hasn’t taken them to that part of Texas yet. But could the two connect in Hawaii?

A few days ago, the Roloffs jetted off to Maui for the last stop on their book tour. (They’ll be doing a signing at a Barnes & Noble in Kahului on May 10.) And the Busby are also enjoying the island life. They’re on a much-deserved vacation sans kids at the Andaz Maui Wailea Resort.

Perhaps it’s a coincidence that both couples are Hawaii at the same time, or maybe they planned it? Whatever the circumstances, we hope these friends get the chance to catch up in person soon!
