Lala Kent from Vanderpump Rules appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen and dished about her upcoming nuptials.

The SUR hostess revealed some surprising details about her impending wedding to Randall Emmett, including whether or not she’ll be signing a prenup and who will be in her wedding party. Fans likely recall that new bride Brittany Cartwright ended up running into trouble when Kristen Doute was left off the bridesmaid list.

She also revealed where she planned to hold the event and whether or not boss Lisa Vanderpump will officiate. Also, is she in a good enough place with James Kennedy to invite him?

The new location is shared

Cartwright and Jax Taylor held their wedding in Kentucky, which is Cartright home. Kent is originally from Utah, so will be the friends be headed to her hometown?

Host Andy Cohen plays “Wedding Tells!” with Kent to get her to dish about her wedding. He confirms she has a date, April 18, 2020, and adds her location is Miami. “Why Miami,” Cohen asks. Good question.

“We switched to Newport Beach,” she shares. Cohen laughs, “Oh you did!” She confirms they did. “The weather in Miami is too volatile and my dad loved Newport so it sat well with me.”

Will fans get to see it on the show?

Cohen confirms with Kent that she doesn’t want it televised. “I like to hold things close to my heart,” she says. “But I’m not going to cancel anything out. Whatever happens, happens.” Does she think Taylor and Cartwright made the wrong decision to have theirs on the show? “No, I think they enjoyed it,” she remarks.

One issue Taylor and Cartwright ran into was with the officiant. They initially chose someone who made transphobic and homophobic comments on social media. He was fired and replaced with musician Lance Bass. So what about asking Vanderpump to officiate? After all, she officiated Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz’s blessed affair.

But Kent says, “I’m supposed to be the star of that day!” No!” As she laughs, Cohen smiles and says he loves it.

What about the bridal party?

Kent was put in the hot seat and had to choose bridesmaids on the spot. Did Doute make the cut this time? “Stassi, Katie and Brittany,” she quickly replied. Of course, the fact that Doute was not on the list was not lost on Cohen.

“Stassi, Katie, and Brittany … Oh, can I be there when Kristen finds out she’s not a bridesmaid,” Cohen asks. Kent laughs and says, “Yeah, you can be there.”

Cohen also wants to know if Kennedy and girlfriend Raquel Leviss will be invited. Kent and Kennedy recently announced they have made up and are on friendly terms again. Looks like they are all on really good terms as Kent confirms they will, indeed be invited to her wedding. Kennedy was one of the few cast members iced out from Taylor and Cartwright’s wedding. And about that prenup? “Always,” Kent says.
