How did Schroeder and Beau meet?
After her intense breakup with her ex-boyfriend Patrick Meagher, Schroeder was single but not quite ready to mingle. Despite this fact, her Vanderpump costars Katie Maloney-Schwartz and Kristen Doute were constantly trying to set Schroeder up with Clark, but she kept turning down their introduction.
This could have had something to do with the fact that Doute had once kissed Clark back when they worked on the 2010 movie The Loneliness of the Long Distance Dreamer.
But, there was no love lost between the two as Clark also wasn’t too keen on meeting Schroeder.
On Schroeder’s podcast, Straight Up with Stassi, he admitted that before meeting Schroeder, he didn’t think she would be his type.
“I just scanned through [her Instagram] pictures and I was like, ‘The bleach blonde hair, she’s probably got Botox, she’s probably got fake boobs,'” he said. “And I was like, ‘She probably goes to Nightingale and gets table service, bottle service, whatever you call it.’ Just not my cup of tea at all.”
What did Clark think of Schroeder when they started dating?
After Schroeder and Clark met, he sat down to watch Vanderpump Rules for the first time and was shocked at how Schroeder behaved.
He recently told The New York Times that he initially thought she “awful but in a really good television way.”
Though Schroeder has come a long way from throwing drinks on people and hazing new employees at SUR, her old habits still pop out from time to time.
“As a joke sometimes when she’s bratty, I’m like, ‘O.K., you’re being Season 1 Stassi right now,'” he told the outlet.
What’s next for Clark and Schroeder?
After getting past their initial hangups about one another, Clark and Schroeder seem to be headed for forever. It only takes watching one episode of the show to see that the two are absolutely head over heels for one another.
“Everything’s in the cards and I don’t even care about the order,” Schroederrecently said on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen of the moment she knew Clark was the one. “I don’t know when the moment was. I can’t even remember when the moment was. There was something that just, like, switched.”
And Clark feels the same way about his reality star girlfriend.
Last month, he alluded to an upcoming proposal on his Instagram story. The story showed a picture of an engagement ring in a Lego box. He captioned the image, “When I propose” and tagged Schroeder.
Hopefully there will be an engagement announcement in the near future for these two.
