Is it just us or does it feel like season seven of Vanderpump Rules just ended? Though some of us may still be reeling from all of the drama that took place with our favorite California residents last go-round, the crew is actually almost done filming season eight.

And according to star Stassi Schroeder, this upcoming season is going to be insane.

Why is Schroeder having a hard time with the new season?

Schroeder has had a busy year. She released her book, “Next Level Basic,” which got rave reviews and even got engaged. So much has been going on that she just hasn’t had the emotional energy to handle all of the stress of Vanderpump Rules.

“We’re at the homestretch from filming, I have a few days left,” Schroeder recently said on her Straight up with Stassi podcast.

“My emotions are shot,” her fiance, Beau Clark, added.

“The drama is killing me,” she continued. “I can’t anymore. I can’t talk about this s**t anymore. I don’t even know how to do a podcast because I’m just like…I’m dead. I’m literally dead inside,” she said.

What drama goes down this season?

Schroeder and Kristen Doute have been through a lot together. Fans never thought the two would become friends again after it came out that Doute slept with Jax Taylor when Schroeder was still dating him. But somehow, they made it through that rough patch and have been friends ever since.

Well…at least until now. Apparently, in season eight, the two have a major falling out.

There had been rumors of the feud going around for a while now, but they were confirmed when the entire Vanderpump Rules cast, other than Schroeder and Katie Maloney-Schwartz, showed up to Doute’s event for her James Mae clothing line.

The women are reportedly fighting over something surrounding the launch of their wine, Witches of WeHo Potion No. 2 Basic Witch Rosé, according to Us Weekly

What else is going on in Schroeder’s life?

Schroeder may be having lots of drama on reality television but her personal life is going great. She recently got engaged to her boyfriend, Clark.

Schroeder was quick to post the exciting news on Instagram.

“OMG I feel like Meghan Markle,” she captioned a picture of her and Clark together.

Castmate and newlywed Brittany Cartwright congratulated her friends by posting a picture of them laughing.

“Stassi already has the ring hand over her mouth laugh down!!” she captioned the photo. “Lol congratulations guys!!! Love you both so much and I couldn’t be happier for you guys! I freakin’ LOVE, LOVE! Woo hooooooo!”

Cartwright’s husband, Taylor, also congratulated the newly engaged couple on Instagram.

“Another one in our group is getting hitched!” he wrote on his Instagram story. “Love you guys!”

The pair had a bit of a whirlwind romance, first going public about it in February of last year.

Since then, their relationship has been shown on Vanderpump Rules and it’s been clear that the two care about one another deeply.

“I don’t feel badly about shouting it from the rooftops because y’all, I’ve been through like 15 years of s— boyfriends, so now that I have a good one and I’m fine to brag about it!” she told PEOPLE in January.
