What Are the Odds Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Have Their Baby This Easter Weekend?

Amid our world problems, we thankfully have happier diversions like Harry and Meghan’s Baby Sussex. At the time of this writing, we’re probably days, hours, or even minutes away from one of the most famous babies in the world being born.

Alongside this happy moment is another odd theory: Perhaps the baby already was born and Harry and Meghan are keeping it under wraps for the ultimate reveal on their Instagram page.

If not, an alternative thought is Baby Sussex will likely be born Easter Weekend, at least according to the oddsmakers. Let’s see what might happen or might have already happened.

An Easter birth would coincide with the queen’s birthday

In the U.K., odds are being tallied on what might occur across multiple categories. One thing many Brits pine for is Baby Sussex being born on Easter, which is when the queen celebrates her 93rd birthday. The odds aren’t as crazy as you might think given Meghan’s rough due date.

This almost seems beyond coincidence, but also filled with a lot of symbolism. A lot of people might flash forward and think Baby Sussex could be king or queen decades from now through a miracle of synchronicity. Then again, Harry and Meghan may not find this possible spiritual alignment so great considering they want to reinvent royal protocol.

Having the royal baby born on Easter would certainly offer a higher spiritual connection. We just hope the happiness of such a thing isn’t sullied later when the paparazzi become hungry for capturing the first unsolicited picture.

Meghan giving birth at home was arguably the best choice

Since rumors have been percolating recently about Meghan giving birth at Frogmore Cottage, the chances of paparazzi snapping a pic from behind shrubbery will be less likely to happen. Also, you can imagine how risky it would be to do the traditional baby photo call at a hospital considering how controversial Meghan has been.

Harry and Meghan obviously realized the potential chaos and planned far ahead to allow Baby Sussex a peaceful entrance into the world. Yet, there’s still some concerns out there about how much security Frogmore Cottage has.

As for oddsmakers, they aren’t even talking about security and too busy creating the odds on what Meghan and Harry will name Baby Sussex, or when the birth will take place.

You’ll even find suggestions the royal baby was already born and we’ll hear official word any day.

Is it possible Meghan has already given birth?

Just one week ago, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex asked that you kindly consider supporting various organisations around the world in lieu of sending gifts for the upcoming arrival of their first born. Not only did many of you lend your support, you took action. Their Royal Highnesses wanted you to know the impact of your support – the direct effect your donation, energy, and action made! YOU chose to be part of the collective good, and you have made a real difference. Whether a $5 donation, £1000 contribution, offering to volunteer, or spreading the word – you’ve played your part. And on behalf of The Duke and Duchess (and Baby Sussex), we thank you so much. YOUR IMPACT: @thelunchboxfund will now be able to provide a minimum of 100,000 additional hot nutritionally fortified meals to children in dire need across South Africa @littlevillagehq received donations from all over the world (from UAE to Hong Kong and the US), they’ve increased their monthly donors, had a surge in volunteer applications, and re-energized their hard working team of 200+ staff and volunteers @wellchild can now provide 300+ additional hours of specialist care by a Well Child Nurse for a child with serious health needs, allowing families to stay together at home vs in hospital @Baby2Baby have received over 5,000 products to disperse to children in need, including cribs, books, backpacks, diapers and have received monetary donations from around the globe – from Guadalajara to Italy. You made this happen. Thank you.

The odds of this are low. The idea that Baby Sussex has already been born sounds like more conspiratorial thinking. Even so, with Meghan and Harry always thinking ahead, you can’t help but wonder if it has happened.

One clue is perhaps in their recent Instagram post thanking everyone for donations to their charities in lieu of gifts for the royal baby. A few royal obsessives might think they’re sending a hint the baby has already been born and wanted to thank everyone subtly without making it official.

We’re sort of relieved Harry and Meghan will make it official when they damn well please as a marker for going their own way in speaking directly to fans.

Of course, we have to hope all hell doesn’t break loose by summer again.

Let’s all hope for Easter peace through the rest of the year

No doubt we’ll hear something by Easter on whether Baby Sussex was born or not. Also, it’s likely we’ll see the first reference or image on their Instagram account. Maybe we’ll also be surprised they ended up having twins as so many rumors have contended.

Whatever occurs, we all have to send out a prayer the joy over this continues in coming months. With news of Meghan’s step-relatives planning levels of media revenge, and the paparazzi absolutely ravenous, it’s going to take a lot more strategy to keep things under control.

Fortunately, this royal family appears to be thinking several months ahead to avoid such scenarios again.
