When Does James Patterson’s New Book Come Out? Here Are His Upcoming Releases for 2019
When it comes to writers, they don’t get more popular than James Patterson. The prolific author sold nearly 5 million books between June 2017 and June 2018, which earned him $86 million, according to Forbes. That was enough to keep him in the No. 1 place on the magazine’s list of richest authors, a spot the Florida-based writer has held for 10 out of the 20 years of the list’s existence.
How is Patterson able to sell so many books? For one, he publishes a ton of them. While some top-earning authors on the Forbes list had to rely on just one or two titles for most of their sales, it’s common for Patterson to put out a dozen titles under his name in a single year. (He works with co-authors on many of his books, which is why he’s able to produce a steady stream of new novels.)
