Where Are They Now? 10 Actors You Probably Forgot About

Fame is not easy to maintain. There have been actors who experienced the height of it that are now totally forgotten about. Sometimes this is because they decided to quit after a particularly bad role. Other times it was simply actors who decided that Hollywood was just not for them. So which actors have you probably forgotten about, and where are they now?

You might remember the handsome actor playing rude Joey in 10 Things I Hate About You. He was also in Independence Day and O. He wasn’t bad either, so why aren’t we seeing him as much today? Well, he started a religion.

According to Vice, Keegan started a spiritual movement called Full Circle. At the time of the interview it had eight members called the “inner circle” with Keegan as its leader. “Synchronicity,” explained Keegan, “Time. That’s what it’s all about. Whatever, the past, some other time. It’s a circle; in the center is now. That’s what it’s about.”

The actor hasn’t totally left acting. He did four projects in 2014 including a few episodes of Adam and Jamaero. He has one movie coming out this year called Living Among Us.

She did continue acting after the movie, but her last project was Dorothy and the Witches of Oz in 2012. According to Wet Paint she is married to Jim Henson’s son, Brian, and is focused on being a mom. Her kids however are still hearing about her past.

“There was this year that every one of my son’s friends saw [Ferris Bueller], and it was horrifying for him and now it’s happening with my daughter!” she told Yahoo. “They think it’s really embarrassing.”

So why isn’t he still making people laugh? The actor took an 18-month hiatus from acting after his wife, Ann died of breast cancer in 1997 to take care of his kids. That is the explanation usually given for his sudden disappearance.

But according to The Hollywood Reporter, he is open to new projects but they do have to be interesting. He turned down making an appearance in the upcoming Ghostbusters reboot. He has been doing voice over work and writing in New York. His last movie was 2006’s Brother Bear 2. He also released a comedy album, “My Mother’s Brisket,” in 2013.
