Where do Audrey and Jeremy Roloff Live? Inside the ‘Little People, Big World’ Stars’ Fixer-Upper Home
We remember when audiences were first captivated by the stars of TLC’s Little People, Big World. The show chronicles the lives of Amy and Matt Roloff, a couple with dwarfism who have four children and their own farm. While their kids started the show as young teens, they’re all grown up now — and fans love keeping tabs on Jeremy Roloff, one of Matt and Amy’s twins who’s of average height.
Jeremy is married to his long-time partner, Audrey, and viewers got to see their wedding, Audrey’s pregnancy with their first child, and the ins and outs of their personal relationship. While the couple have chosen to step away from Little People, Big World and pursue their own ventures, we’re all wondering what they’re getting into now — and where they’re located. Here are details on their home.
Jeremy and Audrey originally sped off to Los Angeles — but then they moved back to Oregon
While Jeremy’s father wanted his son and Audrey to live next to the family farm, Jeremy and Audrey decided to initially move all the way out to Los Angeles for the sake of their careers. “We decided it was time to leave the city,” TLC notes Audrey said. “So we headed to a cabin in the woods on Big Bear Lake, and spent a weekend in silence and solitude praying and fasting about the decision that lay ahead of us.”
After spending plenty of time considering what they both truly wanted out of their own lives and for their family in the future, Jeremy and Audrey decided they either wanted to move to Santa Barbara or Bend, Oregon. While Bend wasn’t originally an option the couple was looking into, it’s where they ultimately settled upon — and Audrey noted she loves how close the town was to family and Portland.
They had to live with their parents when Audrey was 30 weeks pregnant
While their time spent in Bend was the perfect escape from Los Angeles, Audrey soon discovered she was pregnant — and that seemingly changed everything. Daily Mail Online reports they decided to hunker down in Rock Creek, Oregon — a family-friendly area of Portland. Once they decided Rock Creek was their next destination, they purchased a 2,700 square foot house for $465,000 after an intense bidding war.
As production crews swarmed Jeremy and Audrey’s household, it was clear there was a lot of work to be done, which was difficult on the pregnant mom-to-be. At 30 weeks pregnant she posted a photo on Instagram of her pregnant belly — but it was clear she wasn’t in her own home. “Jeremy and I are getting more and more excited to meet her, but feeling less and less prepared,” Audrey wrote. She added that with just 10 weeks to go for her due date, she still didn’t have anything in the household set up for the baby, and the home they bought was a “construction zone,” which is why they were staying with her parents.
They had to completely remodel their $465,000 home
Audrey and Jeremy may have been ecstatic to finally be homeowners, but purchasing their 2,700 square foot home in Rock Creek was just the beginning. Daily Mail Online notes Audrey posted on her Instagram about how she and Jeremy initially had to pick out new flooring for the home — and due to the craziness of remodeling large parts of the home, she was snacking on junk food nonstop. Thankfully, now that their daughter Ember is here, they seem to have completed most of their household projects and can enjoy staying put for awhile.
This wasn’t the first household challenge for the couple, either. Audrey has also noted in the couple’s podcast that she thinks her marriage was seriously put to the test in the past while they were moving to Los Angeles. She fractured her leg in two places while moving their mattress, and the couple also had to move to a hotel temporarily because none of their utilities were working. It’s for the best that they moved back to the slower pace of Oregon, for they seem much happier now.
