Who Is Wendy Williams’ Husband’s Alleged Mistress, Sharina Hudson?

Her husband of more than 20 years, Kevin Hunter, has reportedly been caught having an affair with a woman named Sharina Hudson. Since Hudson is not a celebrity, many people are naturally curious about who this mistress is. Here’s what we know about this alleged affair and the people involved.
Kevin Hunter’s affair was revealed in 2017
Although Wendy Williams once admitted many years ago that her husband had been unfaithful to her before, the most recent scandal came about in 2017.
Photographs of Kevin Hunter and a mistress named Sharina Hudson emerged in gossip columns with sources sharing that the two of them had been fooling around with one another for more than a decade. There have even been allegations that Hunter bought a home for Hudson near Wendy Williams’ house in New Jersey.
Earlier this week, after numerous suspicions that Hudson was pregnant with Hunter’s baby, the mistress gave birth to a daughter. However, it is important to note that Kevin Hunter has not been confirmed as the child’s father.
Who is Sharina Hudson?
Not much is known about the woman who has been seen with Kevin Hunter, but sources claim that she is a massage therapist from New York City. Sharina Hudson is also 33 years old – more than 10 years younger than Hunter, who is currently either 44 or 47 depending on the source.
Sharina Hudson has reportedly been trying to start some small businesses with the help of Kevin Hunter. “He put her through school to be a massage therapist. He opened a kiosk for her at a mall in North Carolina where she’s from. He helped her set up a jewelry and clothing line online called VISH. But none of her businesses have been a success,” a source claimed.
Allegedly Sharina Hudson also has tried telling Kevin Hunter to leave his wife so the two of them could be together. However, Hunter’s income at this point depends on Wendy Williams and her show (he is an executive producer of The Wendy Williams Show), which means that he would be unable to take care of Hudson by himself and has been mostly using Williams’ money to give his mistress a comfortable lifestyle.
“Sharina has given Kevin several ultimatums over the years and he’s had to point out, ‘we can’t afford to take care of ourselves,'” the source also shared.
Wendy Williams is standing by her husband
Amidst all of these reports, though, Wendy Williams has said that she is not leaving her husband. Earlier in March, when she returned to her show after a hiatus, she addressed the growing scandals to her audience by saying that she is sticking by Kevin Hunter.
“He’s my best friend, he’s my lover, he’s all this and he’s all that,” she said. “… Anybody who’s been married for five minutes or 500 years, you know marriages have ebbs and flows. Marriages are not easy.” Wendy Williams also added that she was not planning on taking her wedding ring off any time soon.
However, some speculated that these claims could change as Wendy Williams has not been taking the news of her husband’s mistress giving birth very well. Williams had been dealing with cocaine addiction for many years and decided to seek help for it, but the recent reports have caused her to relapse.
On March 26, she checked into a sober house and left the same day. Later on, she was found drunk and got transported to a hospital.
It’s not clear what Wendy Williams is planning on doing now, but many fans are urging her to divorce Kevin Hunter. Only time will tell where the relationship will go from here.
