Why the Rest of the Kardashians Don’t Have What Kim and Kanye Have

Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West have been married since 2014. The couple tied the knot in Italy, and since then, they’ve welcomed four children together. However, the rest of the Kardashian family doesn’t appear to have found the same success in their relationships as Kim and Kanye have. And there could be a few reasons why.

Kim and Kanye have remained a team through every difficult time

This power couple started dating back in April 2012, though Kim was technically still legally married to Kris Humphries (and their divorce wasn’t finalized until more than a year into her and Kanye’s relationship). Since then, Kim and Kanye have constantly stuck by each other’s side and supported all of each other’s decisions. When Kanye had a moment where he was always calling for support for President Donald Trump, some fans turned their backs. However, despite whether she felt embarrassed or not, Kim stood by him. And when Kim worked hard on prison reform and decided she wanted to attend law school, Kanye was at her side. Even when the public tried to bring them down, they continued to stand with one another, which is the foundation of a strong relationship.

Kim has made several relationship mistakes that she’s learned from

Kim’s past relationships haven’t been perfect. She’s made her mistakes, including her infamous 72-day marriage to Kris Humphries. But that could be part of the reason why she has finally found the right person and has been in a lasting marriage. People often learn from their mistakes, and Kim had her share of fun prior to marrying Kanye. She dated people such as Reggie Bush, Miles Austin, and Nick Lachey. But all of those relationships that didn’t work out helped her figure out what she was truly looking for in someone. Her sisters, specifically Kourtney Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner, have all become very involved with some of the first people they dated rather than dating around.

Kim didn’t rush into anything, unlike some of her sisters

Okay, yes, Kim did rush into marriage with Kris Humphries. However, she knew when it was time to get out of it, despite what she was worried it might do to her reputation. However, Khloé opted to marry Lamar Odom after only knowing him for a few weeks, and she then became pregnant with Tristan Thompson after only being together for a short time. Kylie Jenner did the same thing; she had only been seeing Travis Scott for less than two months before they learned they were expecting a child. However, Kim and Kanye had already been engaged when they found out they were pregnant with their first child, North West. And sometimes, waiting to make sure you’re starting a family with the right person can make a difference down the road.

Kim has always been willing to compromise with Kanye to keep them both happy

Another reason Kim and Kanye have been able to make things work is because they’re not afraid of compromise. On a previous episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim and Kanye discussed his love for Chicago, and the two later purchased a home in the Kanye’s city. This way, they could visit whenever they wanted while still maintaining their life in California. It was a large compromise to find something that worked for both of them, which not all of the Kardashian relationships have appeared to show. For example, Kourtney and ex Scott Disick often argued about coming to an agreement on things, and though there were several reasons their relationship didn’t work, that was one of them.

Kim and Kanye seem truly happy together, and it looks like it’s because they took many different steps compared to her sisters.
