Will Kendall Jenner Have a Baby? She Jokes About Catching Baby ‘Fever’

When it comes to kids, Kendall Jenner is the odd one out in her family. While all of her siblings have had at least one child, the second-youngest Kardashian-Jenner isn’t a mom yet. But she may not be kid-free forever. In an interview with E! News published on May 3, she joked that she sometimes thinks she might be getting baby “fever.”

So far, Kendall’s sibs Kylie, Khloe, Kourtney, Kim, and Rob have a combined nine kids: True, Stormi, North, Saint, Chicago, Mason, Penelope, Reign, and Dream. Plus, Kim is expecting her fourth child via surrogate very soon. She also has six more nieces and nephews through Caitlyn Jenner’s children from her previous marriages.

However, that Kardashian baby boom hasn’t inspired supermodel Kendall to rush out and start a family of her own. On Instagram, she recently shared a baby-filled snap of her extended family, followed by a second photo with the words, “Pregnancy is in the air. Me:” and the image of a woman with a bag over her head.

In the E! News interview, the 23-year-old was little more measured about the possibility of having kids. “I go in and out of phases,” she said about the idea of having a child of her own. “Some days, I’ll be there and I’ll be like, ‘OMG, I think it’s happening. I think I have the fever.'” But she went on to say that the feeling usually passes pretty fast.

“Most days, I’m like, ‘This is too much,’” she added. “It’s a lot to be able to play with them. I’ll just be like, ‘go to your mom.'”

At the moment, Kendall seems to be enjoying being young and (possibly) single. She had been dating NBA star Ben Simmons, but fans think the couple — who only confirmed the romance in February after months of speculation — may have split.

She’s said if she has kids, she wants to wait

In past interviews, Kendall has said that she’s not interested in following in her baby sister Kylie’s footsteps just yet.

“I am ready to wait,” she told Vogue last year, shortly after Kylie gave birth to Stormi. “I want to have kids, but at, like, 28 or 29.”

Before then, she said she’s just enjoying watching Kylie’s journey. “[T]o see my best friend growing up have a baby? It’s already made us even closer,” she said.

In fact, Kylie’s transition to motherhood has actually improved the sister’s relationship. “It’s brought us closer together,” she told Elle magazine last year. “We’ve always been very close, but we would butt heads all the time. This has made her a bit more loving toward me.”

She also made light of her ever-expanding family. “It’s forever growing….” she told Elle. “Every time I think it’s eased up, someone’s popping out a baby.”
