Will Prince William Catch Baby Fever From Prince Harry and Meghan Markle?

Welcoming a new baby is an exciting time in the life of any family, even the royals. As we all know, it has been quite an exciting year or so for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, first getting married in a lavish ceremony at Windsor Castle, and then announcing that they were expecting their first child.

For months, millions of fans were officially on baby watch, speculating as to whether Meghan and Harry would welcome a boy or a girl, what the new baby’s name would be, and even whether he or she would be known as a prince or a princess.

Now that baby Archie Harrison has finally arrived, the world couldn’t be happier for the new parents. Meghan has described the first stages of motherhood as being a “dream,” and Harry looks absolutely elated. There is no doubt that the rest of the family is over the moon as well, including Harry’s brother and sister-in-law, Prince William and Kate Middleton.

Although they are already parents to three adorable children, the arrival of Archie has made us wonder if Prince William will catch baby fever from Harry and Meghan. Let’s take a look.

It all began with Prince George

Little Prince George was the first of the Cambridge children, born on July 22, 2013. William and Kate emerged on the steps of the Lindo Wing holding the future king, and instantly, it was apparent that they would be wonderful parents.

It was just as expected over the next several months, as we saw pictures of William and Kate interacting with their young son, doting on him with love and affection as they watched him grow and explore the world.

A princess followed

It wasn’t long before rumors were running rampant that Kate was expecting her second child. The palace soon confirmed the news, and suddenly, we were seeing much less of Kate, since she was suffering from a severe form of morning sickness that limited her ability to carry out royal duties.

Fortunately, the months passed quickly, and royal fans were celebrating the birth of a new princess, Charlotte Elizabeth Diana of Cambridge.

William and Kate didn’t stop at two

There may have been some fans who thought that William and Kate were destined to have only two children. However, we began to see subtle signs that indicated that yet another royal was on the way.

Kate’s stepped out with a fresh new haircut, and again, wasn’t being seen as often as she used to be. We soon got word that a third royal baby was on the way, and on April 23, 2018, Prince Louis made his debut into the world.

Meghan and Harry become parents

It is no surprise that Meghan and Harry wasted no time welcoming their first child. The prince is wonderful with children, expressing his desire to become a parent even before he met Meghan.

On the day that baby Archie was born, it was heartwarming to hear the new father describe his son as being “to die for,” and although he was running on only a few hours of sleep, he wore one of the biggest, brightest smiles we have ever seen.

Will Prince William catch baby fever?

Time will tell! Apparently, baby fever isn’t only for women, as science shows that men can catch it as well. Now that he is officially an uncle, Prince William may be longing for another newborn to bring home to the palace. Just like his younger brother, Wills is excellent with children, and he and Kate are loving, devoted parents.

As we all know, there is plenty of room for another little one to be running around, and we would love to see yet one more royal addition if that is in fact what the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge would like.
