You Probably Never Even Realized These Celebrity Couples Are Actually Married
Keeping up with celebrity couples can be a challenge. Between who’s dating who and who’s now hating who, it’s a never-ending rollercoaster of drama and romance.
The constant ups and downs of celeb relationships sometimes mean that monumental milestones can slip through the cracks. Like, your favorite actors, actresses and musicians can get married, and you’re none the wiser.
Here are 15 celebrity couples you didn’t know were married, including a notorious womanizer (well, OK, he plays one on the big screen) (page 10).
1. Andy Samberg and Joanna Newsom
Fans of Saturday Night Live and Brooklyn Nine-Nine know Andy Samberg as a goofy comedian who often comes off a bit immature. In real life, Samberg has made some big strides in terms of growing up and settling down.
Before he started dating musician Joanna Newsom, he was a self-described “superfan” of her music. Apparently she became a fan of his as well, in more ways than one. The couple got married in 2013 — fellow SNL star Seth Meyers was even one of Samberg’s groomsmen.
Samberg and Newsom welcomed their first child in 2018.

Together, they’ve built something even more important: a life. The couple met in drama school, but didn’t marry until 1997, nearly 14 years later. They are raising a twin daughter and son.
Their marriage may have flown under the radar, but they’ve never held back about expressing their affection for one another. In a 2018 interview, Bassett gushed about Vance, who she called “an amazing person and actor.”

3. Nick Offerman and Megan Mullally
Megan Mullally and Nick Offerman are two of the best scene-stealers in Hollywood. Their work on Will & Grace and Parks and Recreation, respectively, have made them two of the most beloved comedians of our time.
Great comedy careers aren’t only thing they have in common, though. Mullally and Offerman have been married since 2003. As far as we can tell, their marriage is exactly as fun as you’d expect it would be. They’re happy to poke fun at themselves and each other.
But they’re also committed to keeping their love alive. They’ve appeared on screen together multiple times. And the couple has said despite their busy schedules, they won’t go more than two weeks without seeing each other.

TV fans in the early 2000s knew Adam Brody as the nerdy heartthrob from The O.C. and Leighton Meester as the (sort-of) reformed-mean girl from Gossip Girl. Both actors had epic romances as part of their breakout roles. But in real life, they found love with each other.
Brody and Meester met in 2010 and married in a quiet ceremony in 2013. They’ve kept their relationship so far out of the public eye that few fans even knew they welcomed their first child in 2015.

An iconic singer and a talented rapper and hip hop producer: it sounds like a match (potentially) made in musical heaven. And if you ask Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz, who’ve been married since 2010, they’d probably agree.
The pair met when Keys was just 16 years old. They collaborated professionally, but didn’t start dating until 2008. And they kept their relationship on lock down. Some speculated it was because Beatz was in the midst of leaving his first wife, though the couple denies that claim.
These days, Keys and Beatz seems to be working in harmony.

They’re also married and have been since 2009. Hendricks and Arend may have wildly different career trajectories and public images. But they seem to be on a similar wavelength. She told Health Magazine that they see eye-to-eye on a pretty crucial issue: Neither want to have children.

The pair eventually started dating and married in 2003. They have two children together.

They officially tied the knot in 2017, though they’ve been dating since 2005 and have two children together. Momoa’s star has risen considerably since they got together. But Bonet says she knew right away that their relationship could go the distance.
She told Net-a-Porter, “I can’t say it was full-on from the moment we saw each other, but we have been together from the day that we met.”
