Muniz began his acting career as a child, starring in the beloved sitcom Malcolm In The Middle. The actor also made his way onto the big screen, starring in films like My Dog Skip, Big Fat Liar, and Agent Cody Banks.

As he transitioned from child star to adult, Muniz tried out other career paths, such as racing cars and playing music. At present, he is the manager for a band, Astro Lasso, and is co-owner of a specialty shop Outrageous Olive Oil and Vinegar. Muniz was also a contestant on Dancing With the Stars and is now a co-host of Dancing With the Stars: Juniors.

I break records, not hearts

If you don’t know who Lizzo is, you haven’t been paying attention to pop culture lately. So here’s the gist: Lizzo’s latest album, Cuz I Love You, came out in April. Around the same time, multiple movies, including Booksmart and Netflix’s Someone Great, used older songs of hers in prominent sequences. And thus began the Lizzo era.

Now, her 2017 single “Truth Hurts” is the longest-running No. 1 solo hit by a female rap artist in the history of the Billboard Hot 100. She sings, raps, and even plays the flute in many of her songs — oh, and she’s currently touring (and selling out) massive venues. Basically, everyone is obsessed with all things Lizzo.

Muniz’s tweet was almost explicit

What do these two celebs have in common? Not much, it would appear, aside for an affinity for music and dance. But plenty of stars are skilled in those areas. So we’re not sure what led to the above tweet.

Regardless, Muniz took to Twitter on Sept. 25, 2019, writing, “Hey @lizzo, lemme be your accessory. I can be a purse… put a chain around me and I’ll hold your stuff for you… just sayin.” It’s — a lot.

Is this why he tweeted at her?

Muniz’s tweet could be interpreted explicitly, but given that he is in a committed relationship with fiance Paige Price, we have a feeling that there might be a simple meaning behind it. You see, Muniz tweeted this just one day after Lizzo tweeted the above single word: “Impeachment.”

Lizzo tweeted this when news broke that Nancy Pelosi and the House of Representatives have opening up a formal impeachment inquiry for Donald Trump. Maybe Muniz just loves her music, but we feel like maybe he, like the rest of us, was inspired by Lizzo’s perfect encapsulation of this moment in history.

Lizzo has yet to respond

We’re hoping that Lizzo has, at the very least, seen Muniz’s entertaining proposal. But then again, she’s really busy — performing at Radio City Music Hall, celebrating her chart-topping victory, the release of her new film, Hustlers, and much more.

Hey, it’s not like Muniz himself doesn’t have some stuff going on. In addition to his aforementioned ventures, he has a new film, The Black String, which is out now.
