I can’t make an appearance without a tan. Since my schedule keeps me so busy I swear by Eco Tan’s one-hour Cacao Firming Mousse. It gives you a bronze tan in an hour and it also firms your skin. My coach told me, “If you can’t tone it, tan it!”

Lashes, lashes, lashes! I love lashes. Even on a bare makeup day lashes can complete a look. I also love to “bake” with Cream Puff by The Perfect Face Cosmetics. Not only does it sound delicious, but it leaves your face looking flawless.

3. Get some sleep

One of my best secrets to looking flawless is sleep! Although, in this industry, sleep can be a luxury. For my long days, when I know I’m looking exhausted, I rely on an amazing concealer, Becca at the moment. Also, lashes! A good set of lashes can change your face and your entire look.

4. Take care of your skin

Adele Scala knows taking care of your skin is the real secret. | Adele Scala

I use Burt’s Bees Peach & Willow Bark Deep Pore Scrub every night, followed by the Peter Thomas Roth 24k Gold Mask a few times a week. However, I must say my biggest beauty secret right now is that I have been drinking even more water than usual and have drastically increased my fruit and vegetable intake, and have noticed a dramatic change in my skin. It’s glowing! I’m a strong believer in nutrition and fueling your body with the necessary foods that it needs to flourish.

5. Stay hydrated

Hydration is the number one thing!! I always make sure to drink plenty of water and maintain an active lifestyle to help me stay healthy and feel balanced. When I’m on the go, I always take my “S’well” water bottle with me and drink from it throughout the day.

I love the natural look. My days start at 5 a.m. and usually doesn’t end till 9 to 10 at night, so I always resort to a waterproof mascara and eyeliner, MAC concealer under my eyes, and MAC blot powder throughout the day. I also love to curl my eyelashes with the Tweezerman eyelash curler and always have a lip gloss on hand!

As tough as this sounds, I have [was] drinking a gallon of water a day prepping for the Miss United States pageant. I have noticed a huge difference in my skin, energy, and overall health. Another beauty secret of mine is using Vaseline on my lips at night. I wake up with moisturized and plump lips, and it keeps them soft all day long.
