Best Black Friday Deals on This Year’s Must-Have Gadgets

For some people, particularly fans of all things technology, braving the Black Friday crowds to grab a deal on the latest must-have gadgets is an honored Thanksgiving tradition. For others, it’s less of an annual shopping extravaganza and more of a convenient — or, as you realize when you actually arrive, mostly inconvenient — opportunity to replace an aging television or a failing laptop.

Regardless of your Black Friday shopping philosophy, it pays to formulate a plan if you’re going to venture out into the chaos in search of the best Black Friday deals. When you’re deciding which stores to add to your itinerary, and which one you’ll head to first, consider your priorities. Which tech products do you actually need (or really, really want)? Which device is going to work best for you, and who’s offering the best deal on it? And if you live in a busy city or a rural area, which store are you really going to want to get to on Thursday night or early on Friday morning?

All of these are questions that you can have answered well ahead of the post-turkey haze with some strategic research and planning. To get you started, we’ve gathered some of the must-have products and can’t-miss deals that’ll be offered this year at four of the most popular destinations for the latest tech.
