In addition to running the United States, President Fitzgerald (Tony Goldwyn) is a father and ex-husband with a bit of daring side. Fitz’s look overall is conservative with distinct staples infused in his wardrobe. His go-to look is a traditional dark suit, often matched with a white button down shirt. Seldomly, the character will include a dark pin-stripe suit, also matched with a clean button down in white. All suits are usually paired with a tie, sometimes one with diagonal stripes. When the president is not sporting a suit, he is often dressed for a black-tie affair. Fitz opts for a traditional black tux with a black bow tie or with a white bow tie and white vest.

Jake Ballard

Jake Ballard is the bad boy of the show, and his style reflects that image. Played by Scott Foley, Ballard sports a five o’clock shadow and his basic neutrals in an effortless way. Jake worked at the Pentagon in the intelligence department for the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and when he is not in uniform, you can find the character in pair of jeans or neutral-colored chinos in either olive, tan, or brown. Jake is often seen sporting a crew neck t-shirt in dark colors like charcoal gray, black, or army green. His jacket of choice tends to be a bomber style lightweight coat with minimal detailing in a variety of fabrics including suede, leather, and a durable canvas.

Huck

Huck, formerly known as Diego Munoz, is played by Guillermo Diaz. The unstable character really keeps his look as simple as possible. As a member of the crisis management team at Olivia Pope’s consulting firm, Olivia Pope & Associates, he is always on the go to handle problems. His look tends to be relaxed and comfortable. Huck’s staple style includes a simple t-shirt in a dark color paired with a plaid button down. Plaid options are usually on the dark side, consisting of colors that aren’t too bold like mustard, olive, brown, and navy. To place emphasis on his mysterious look, the character is styled in a waist-length army jacket or a black leather jacket for outerwear styling. As for bottoms, Huck sticks to dark colored jeans and dark chinos.
