Beauty brand Earth Tu Face’s Change-Makers Initiative pairs their all-star products with all-star organizations in hopes of a brighter, more beautiful future. Through the initiative, consumers can get involved and give back to women, humankind, and the planet. Here’s how:

In an effort to protect pink flamingos and other endangered species in the Galápagos Islands, hair care brand Rahua created The Pink Flamingos Project. A portion of every sale of their Enchanted Island Salt Spray ($32) goes toward hiring the local men and women of the Galápagos Islands to clean up the islands in hopes of keeping the flamingos’ habitat clean. Not to mention, it brings added income and pride to locals.
In South Asian cultures, the Haldi ceremony — which consists of applying a paste made up of mostly turmeric to the bride and groom’s bodies — is performed before weddings.
