2. Sunburn soother
Rule number one is to never scrimp on the sunscreen — ever. But, if you do happen to wind up with a burn, an avocado may help soothe your red, inflamed skin. Combine half of a mashed avocado with 1 teaspoon of honey and a 1/2 teaspoon of lime juice and apply liberally over the skin. Leave it on for up to 15 minutes to maximize the healing and hydrating effects.
