You’ve probably heard varying facts regarding the health benefits of coffee. But current science concludes that this drink may actually do wonders for your liver. USA Today reports a study from the Netherlands found coffee may protect against the development of liver fibrosis, which affects one out of every 10 Americans.

As for how much you should drink, the study found three cups per day was associated with less liver scarring.
