4 Coffee Cocktails That Have Health Benefits

Coffee gets a bad rap, but an increasing body of evidence suggests that it may have tremendous health benefits. In fact there are many reports that link coffee with the prevention of certain cancers, heart disease, and diabetes, and it’s also a known workout enhancer. Red Bull, on the other hand, just keeps getting slammed by an increasing amount of research that shows just how truly detrimental for your well-being the energy drink can be. It’s also, at best, an acquired taste and, at worst, plain gross-tasting.

Common sense would dictate swapping one out for the other, which is exactly why we turned to Chameleon Cold-Brew and asked them to share with us four inventive winter cocktails all utilizing flavorful java. Cold brew, in particular, is a great addition to your cocktails because it has a richer and less acidic flavor than traditional coffee, and amps up the health benefits with more polyphenols and antioxidants. Chameleon Cold-Brew Coffee specifically is made with 100% organic fair trade beans that are air roasted on-site in small batches to maximize freshness and ensure consistency.

Here’s a look at four cocktails to try next time you need a little liquid courage… and boost of energy.
