1. Mariah Carey
Weight lost: 25 pounds
How she did it: gastric sleeve
Mariah Carey’s weight has fluctuated over time, but she took the surgical approach for her recent slim-down. Entertainment Tonight reports Carey had gastric sleeve surgery back in November 2017. Since then, she’s lost a lot of weight. As one source says, “She truly feels her weight loss surgery paid off because she is at her happiest when she is thin.” Carey reportedly struggled with the “dieting roller coaster” and is doing better now that she’s more focused on her music and move to Vegas.

2. Kevin Smith

How he did it: Weight Watchers
This director had a serious health scare in February 2018 when he suffered a massive heart attack, E! News reports. This became the catalyst for change Kevin Smith needed. Just four months later, he revealed he lost 43 pounds with the help of Weight Watchers. In June, he revealed he’s only 10 pounds away from the goal weight his doctors recommended.

She’s fluctuated in weight over the years, but after having her child, the host of Revenge Body wrote, “I just wanted to get back to my regular routine from before I got pregnant, which was working out five to six times a week,” Hollywood Life reports. Khloe Kardashian lost 33 pounds once she got back into the swing of things with the help of breastfeeding and a healthy diet, too.

How she did it: AtraFen diet pill
Fans were shocked when Melissa McCarthy dropped a lot of weight. The actress dished to TMZ that she could thank her 75-pound weight loss on AtraFen diet pills, StyleCraze notes. “No, I didn’t need to exercise every day. I’ve always liked to jog every few days, but I didn’t change my routine,” she noted. “The only thing I did was took these pills.”
AtraFen claims they can be used safely and effectively to suppress the appetite and burn fat. They seem to work for McCarthy so far.
