Just like the rest of us, celebrities have that one favorite food they can’t live without. For the most part, celebrities reveal healthy “must have” foods, although model Bella Hadid admitted she can’t live without grilled cheese and fries, People reports.
So who is eating something super healthy every day? People called out some of the top foods stars love. The reveal on page 13 is interesting, especially since this star insists on including it in every single meal.
1. Cindy Crawford
A cup of green tea and salad is always part of her day, which keeps Crawford looking young and healthy. Some green tea health benefits include fat loss, improved brain function and possibly cancer protection, Healthline reports.
