Human Barbie Reveals What She Looked Like Before $500,000 of Plastic Surgery

Nannette Hammond is far from the only person on the planet to go overboard with plastic surgery. But it’s still a shock to look at the mother of five from Ohio, who the Daily Mail reports spent around $500,000 to make herself look like a Barbie doll. Where exactly did all that money go? Here’s a look at how Hammond’s appearance has changed. (Hint: It’s more than just the 28H boob job.)

Daily tanning salon visits

Early photos of Hammond show that she has the ability to tan naturally. But take a gander at her Instagram, and you will notice that she maintains a permanent deep shade of bronze. This is because she reportedly lays in her at-home tanning bed daily, on top of splurging a couple grand monthly on spray tans.

Having semi-permanent makeup isn’t a new invention. But Hammond has taken it to the extreme, getting permanent eyelash extensions and faux makeup applied to her face. According to the Daily Mail, the lash extensions cost upwards of $59,000.

Hammond has told media outlets that she was always self-conscious of her appearance growing up. Perhaps it isn’t surprising then that she started getting Botox injections in her 20s. Now in her 40s, Hammond gets regular facial injections and lip fillers.

Veneers

You can’t mimic Barbie without the abnormally pearly white smile, right? Hammond knows this, having spent $50,000 on veneers, according to the Daily Mail. (Well, technically she isn’t the one spending that money. Her husband, Dave, is the one footing the bill.)

Hammond is a natural brunette. In fact, if you see pictures from the past, she was rocking dark locks well into her 20s. All that is different now, as she regularly bleaches her hair white-blond and uses extensions (which is possibly because bleaching your hair too much can make it fall out).

Next: Let’s not forget about the breast augmentation.

Breast augmentation

Of course, one of the most glaring changes to Hammond’s appearance is her boobs. She has reportedly had three breast augmentations and a breast lift. She currently sports a 28H bra size, which is somehow supported by an 18-inch waist. Not surprisingly, Hammond has to have her clothing custom made to fit her augmented figure.

Fake nails

Every lady likes to splurge on a mani-pedi every now and then. But Hammond takes her nail salon visits to the next level. Maintaining her Barbie talons are pricey, and the Daily Mail estimates that it has cost her — ahem, we mean, cost her husband — somewhere around $42,000.
