The reality star has recently adopted a new diet tactic and is eating smaller meals throughout the day to satisfy her hunger and keep her body nourished, without going overboard.
2. She’s sticking to her strict workout regimen
It’s no secret that Khloe Kardashian takes her workout regimen seriously. The ‘Revenge Body’ star often works out at home with a personal trainer, takes hot yoga, cycling, and other forms of effective workouts. That said, Kardashian isn’t planning to throw all of her hard work in the gutter. Instead, she’s planning to maintain her healthy and fit lifestyle and stick with her strict workout regimen.

She may be taking a step back with the intensive workouts, but that doesn’t mean Khloe Kardashian is giving up on the challenge. A source close to the family told US magazine that the reality star has plans to add more cardio to her routine to help keep the weight off.

Kardashian largely credits her healthy eating habits for giving her the ‘Revenge Body’ of her dreams and has learned to eat cleaner, more nutritious meals. And while she may have cravings for some of the sweets and junk food she used to munch on, we’re sure the reality star will be nourishing her body with whole foods that are good for her and baby.
6. She’s switching up her routine
One of the ways Khloe Kardashian has stayed so fit in the past is by switching up her workout routine. And we’re sure she’ll do the same while preparing for baby.
In an interview with USA Today, she stressed how important changing up her workout routine is for her. “I love Soulcycle, hot yoga, circuit training, obstacle-type things,” said Kardashion. “I don’t like to do the same workout all the time,” she added.
7. She’s staying hydrated
A key component to Khloe Kardashian’s fitness routine is staying hydrated. And with a baby on the way, the reality star will most-likely be adding even more water to her daily routine. In an interview with PEOPLE, she explained how she had to work at drinking more water and now drinks about 5 liters of water a day.
