In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, the actress shared a diet secret she swears by: resisting sugar. And while she doesn’t deprive herself entirely (she loves a good margarita!), she tries to stay on track and make healthy choices daily to maintain her figure.

While the queen of wellness may stick to a few different regimens to stay fit, one thing she can’t go without is a workout. In an interview with Women’s Health, the Goop founder explains that while she may not always be up for it, working out makes her feel good and she likes to feel good every day. Her favorite workout? The Tracy Anderson Method. “I’ve been a Tracy Anderson fanatic for over a decade,” she states. “I’m an investor in her company, so yeah, I go every morning.”

Pilates is a great way to stay in shape and Kate Hudson knows it. The known pilates been has been practicing for over 15 years! And according to Shape, Hudson and her instructor work out together 3-5 days a week, using a mix of different exercises to tone and shape the star’s body.

It’s no secret celebrities love SoulCycle. But, none are quite as devoted to the intense cycling workout as Lea Michele is. From her rides to her Instagram posts, it’s apparent that the actress is obsessed with the high cardio workout.
