2. Eat healthy, but don’t be too hard on yourself
In an interview with Shape, Lea Michele spilled one of her biggest weight loss secrets: eating healthy. But, her key to eating healthy isn’t what you would think. “I really don’t deprive myself,” said the starlet. “I work out really hard and I eat healthy, so I never really feel guilty about the things that I’m eating.”
According to Shape, the actress usually has a salad for lunch and then indulges a bit more with dinner. She loves sushi, and can often be seen at some of Los Angeles’ hottest vegan restaurants: Gracias Madres and Real Food Daily. That said, she loves herself a large bowl of pasta on occasion, too.
