Revealing Secrets Behind What Meghan Markle’s Typical Day Actually Looks Like
On the outside, it appears that Meghan Markle is living a pretty charmed life right now. But what does an actress-turned-royal actually do all day? She doesn’t just prance around town on expensive shopping sprees with her famous friends, right?
We did a little digging to find out what Meghan Markle does in a typical day — and what her schedule entails now that she’s married Prince Harry.
Morning sweat session
The royal and her prince are both physically fit, and are reportedly both big fans of morning workouts before getting started with their days. Meghan is an avid yogi — her mom was a yoga instructor — and also enjoys bike rides and jogs around the Kensington Palace proper. On weekends, she and her fiance can be seen going on walks with her beloved beagle, Guy.

Running her own errands
Now that she’s married, Meghan’s day will be filled with royal duties. (More on that a little later.) But before the wedding, she was busy bustling around town while Harry was fulfilling his own royal duties. This includes running her own errands — with the help of palace aides — and, yes, doing her own grocery shopping. Which isn’t that surprising, given that Prince Harry likes to do his own shopping as well.

Decorating the new pad
Meghan moved to London in November 2017, and currently resides with Harry at Nottingham Cottage. Harry already lived at the two-bedroom home on the Kensington Palace grounds. But now that Meghan has moved in, she has reportedly been busy redecorating and giving it her own personal touch. (According to Architectural Digest, her decorating style is very modern and fresh.)
Next: She also has to put in plenty of face time.
Being a royal means making many public appearances, as Meghan has already started doing. Harry has taken her around to meet the communities and organizations around the UK and help her become familiar with the outlets that she will be catering to when she starts her new charity work.

Continuing her philanthropy
Meghan has notoriously taken part in many charitable endeavors. Although she sadly gave those up in her decision to get engaged to Prince Harry, she will continue putting her do-gooder ways to work. She will reportedly be joining The Royal Foundation, the charity hub for Prince Harry as well as his brother and sister-in-law, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

Good eats around town
Between the public appearances and getting ready for the wedding, when does a lady have time to grab a bite to eat? That apparently is no problem for Meghan Markle. According to the Daily Mail, the avid foodie already has a list of favorite places to eat around London, whether it’s for salads or Italian food. On occasion, she and Prince Harry can be seen having date night out and one of the SoHo neighborhood’s exclusive and trendy spots.
Next: But for the most part, they aren’t necessarily out on the town.
Date nights in
Harry and Meghan spent the better part of their relationship long-distance. Now that they’re married and living together, they reportedly prefer cozy nights at home just the two of them. The date night agenda? A home-cooked meal, followed by a Netflix marathon, the Daily Mail says.
