Women Who We Think Donald Trump Would Rebound With if He and Melania Divorced
Trouble could be on the horizon for Donald and Melania Trump. To be honest, it’s something we’ve long suspected, considering the first lady has seemed miserable since the day her husband took office. And now, Trump has been exposed for having not one, but two extramarital affairs (in addition to a long list of sexual misconduct allegations against him). It’s left us wondering when, not if, the timer will run out on their marriage.
Trump is probably already preparing for his divorce, so we’re speculating who he might be ready to rebound with when that day comes. Here are the women we could totally see him going after in the (pretty likely) event of his third failed marriage. Just wait till you see who made No. 1 …
7. Hope Hicks
Former model and now former White House communications director Hope Hicks has been by Trump’s side for years. The 29 year old was known to be “one of Trump’s closest and most loyal aides.” However, she resigned from the Trump administration after being pressed with questions regarding Russia’s involvement in the 2016 presidential election.
According to People, Trump had met Hicks through his daughter, Ivanka, and he asked her to serve as press secretary for his presidential campaign. Trump has since reportedly been approached by “billionaires” to request being set up on dates with Hicks — but the president refuses to have any part of it. Could it be because he has interest in Hicks himself?
Either way, he and Hicks have always had a close connection, so we wouldn’t be surprised to find out he’d go running to her once things turn south with Melania.
Next: He admires this female journalist.
6. Andrea Tantaros
Trump may often claim he respects women, but that point rarely proves to be true. He has, however, admitted to admiring one female journalist: Fox News host Andrea Tantaros. After releasing her 2016 book, Tied Up in Knots, Trump sent his message of approval.
According to The Independent, her book “exposes how the rightful feminist pursuit of equality went too far, and how the unintended pitfalls of that power trade have made women (and men!) miserable.”
Giving Tantaros his stamp of approval, Trump tweeted, “.@AndreaTantaros- You are a true journalistic professional. I so agree with what you say. Keep up the great work! #MakeAmericaGreatAgain.”
Next: He called her to get her advice on the Paris climate agreement.
5. Kimberly Guilfoyle
Trump clearly takes Fox News host Kimberly Guilfoyle’s opinions to heart. According to The Washington Examiner, Guilfoyle claims that “Trump called her Thursday morning to ask her advice before he announced his decision to pull out of the Paris climate agreement.”
She even told her colleagues on The Five, “I think he did the brave and courageous thing, and in fact, I told him that this morning at 8 a.m. when he called.”
Rumors arose that Guilfoyle could have been in the running for White House press secretary, which wouldn’t have been surprising considering their close relationship. Who knows? Maybe their close relationship could lead to more once Trump is on the rebound.
Next: She supported his controversial comments.
4. Stacey Dash
You may remember Stacey Dash as Dionne from 1995’s Clueless, but in 2018, she decided to run for Congress as a Republican in California (later dropping out). During an interview with MSNBC anchor Ari Melber, Dash expressed support of Trump’s response to the tragic events that occurred in Charlottesville, Virginia in 2017.
After a citizen was killed by a vehicle while protesting white nationalist rallies, Trump claimed there was “blame on both sides.” Dash backed up Trump’s response, expressing that he was “absolutely right” and that “there were two extreme sides.”
Dash, who has served as a Fox News commentator, definitely won over Trump with her support of his controversial response — especially considering most people called out his refusal to condemn white supremacists when he had the chance.
Next: She’s one of his few celebrity allies.
3. Teresa Giudice
While most celebrities have used their platforms to stand up against Trump, he’s managed to receive the support of a few stars. Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice has made herself known as one of his undying supporters.
During Trump’s campaign, Giudice expressed, “Of course I’m gonna vote for Donald Trump. I think he’s amazing. I think he’ll make a great president.”
Though she may be married to Joe Giudice, he’s currently serving a 41-month prison sentence. Her Italian-born husband could be facing deportation following his release, but Giudice has expressed willingness to move with him, according to People.
However, should she choose to stay in the U.S., we wouldn’t be surprised to see Trump try to make a move on one of his few celebrity allies.
Next: He could surprise us all and go running back to her.
2. Ivana Trump
Maybe Trump could surprise us all and go running back to Ivana Trump, who he was married to from 1977 to 1992. They do have a ton of history and are both parents to Donald Jr., Eric, and Ivanka, so they definitely know each other better than most.
Plus, Ivana has already called herself the first lady, so she’s got a head start in filling the position. She spilled to Good Morning America that she still talks to Trump every two weeks on the phone. However, she admitted, “I don’t really want to call him [at the White House] because Melania is there and I don’t want to cause any kind of jealousy or something like that, because I’m basically first Trump wife, OK? I’m [the] first lady.”
Granted, she was Trump’s first wife, but never forget that Trump met his second wife and Tiffany Trump’s mother, Marla Maples, while having an affair during his marriage to Ivana.
Next: This would definitely be an interesting turn of events.
1. Stormy Daniels
Of course, we could see Trump going after the woman he had an extramarital affair with — even though she’s suing him. After all, it wouldn’t be the first time Trump had an affair and then ended up with the woman he cheated with.
Former adult film star Stormy Daniels opened up about having an affair with Trump in 2006 — just one year after he tied the knot with Melania and a few months after she gave birth to their son, Barron.
Daniels is now suing Trump for an invalid non-disclosure agreement regarding their affair, which she signed just before Election Day. It’s come to light that Trump had another affair with former Playboy model Karen McDougal around the same time, which lasted for a few months, according to Business Insider.
Trump’s relationship with Daniels, however, lasted “well into the year 2007,” which The Washington Post notes is in Daniels’ lawsuit. It also mentions that “this relationship included, among other things, at least one ‘meeting’ with Mr. Trump” at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
No matter which woman Trump could end up with after his marriage to Melania ends, given his track record, we don’t exactly picture them living happily ever after.
