The couple is coming into this relationship hot, holding hands and looking extremely cozy at a New York City hotspot, Page Six reports. And while the relationship is heating up, Guilfoyle may want to consider pumping the brakes a bit considering her previous relationship experiences. Why should she be careful about being burned? 1. Guilfoyle definitely has a ‘type’
Guilfoyle’s previous relationships involved a man who had some sort of power. For instance, her first husband is now Lt. California Gov. Gavin Newsom. Following her divorce from Newsom she married Eric Villency, the CEO of Villency Design Group. Since then she’s been linked to other men, either in power or politics like former White House communications director Anthony Scaramucci, Page Six reports. Now, it appears that Trump is her newest flame.

2. Quite a few of her former flames did this
Guilfoyle seems to also be linked to men who leave infidelity in their wake. Most notable is her latest romance with Trump who had an affair with Aubrey O’ Day while still married. Also, rumors swirled around whether Scaramucci had an affair with Guilfoyle while in the throes of a possible divorce from wife Deidre Ball. Plus, she divorced Newsom because of his affair, according to People.

3. She’s been married twice
Guilfoyle was first married to Newsom for three years before the couple split in 2005, according to SF Gate. “Unfortunately, the demands of our respective careers have made it too difficult for us to continue as a married couple,” the pair said initially.

4. She shares a son with Villency
Although she didn’t have children with Newsom, she had a child with Villency, according to Heavy. The good news is the couple remained civil and are co-parenting their son, Ronan. “Even though we’re divorced, I’m still very close with his family,” Guilfoyle told Mediaite. “Even when people don’t stay married, they can still be a family together. That’s been something that’s been really good for developing me as a person. It’s been a very positive learning experience.”

When Guilfoyle and Newsom divorced, the couple initially said they were parting ways because of career demands, according to People. However, no one knew what was brewing underneath until later.
It was revealed that Newsom ended up not only having an affair during his marriage to Guilfoyle but was having an affair with the wife of his campaign manager at the time. Newsom came clean with the affair, apologizing and confirming the relationship. He also acknowledged that he hurt his friend and campaign manager too.

Then she said this: “It’s a long time ago now, so I think Vanessa knew it all along and maybe she just couldn’t get over the hurt to forgive him. But I honestly don’t know that many men who can keep their zippers up.”

We’ve been separated for over 9 months and respect each other’s decisions & privacy. We’ll focus on raising our great kids. Would be nice if the press did the same rather than obsess over our pvt lives!”
