Cramer was not sheepish in recommending Disney, saying that the stock is at an all-time high and that he is not backing down yet. He also noted that lower gas prices and interest rates are two factors that the company will be able to take advantage of looking ahead to the holiday season.

The stock’s 52-week high is $74.60, and its 52-week low is $59.61. Cramer responded to a viewer query about Baxter International by saying that he wants to own the stock. He sees value in a potential split of the name into two smaller companies.

Emerald Oil (AMEX:EOX): Jim Cramer ranked this stock a Buy. Cramer previously ranked this stock a Sell on October 10, 2013. The stock’s 52-week high is $9.31, and its 52-week low is $3.90. Cramer sat down with McAndrew Rudisill, the president and CEO of Emerald Oil, to talk about the company’s prospects in the Bakken Shale. Rudisill said that his company’s reserves of cash should be enough to pay for a doubling of his company’s rigs in the area, and that the completion of a pipeline next year will bring cost savings in transportation fees. Cramer noted that the small company presents a different angle from which to play the energy sector, one that he thinks is worthwhile.
