Cramer sat down with Debra Cafaro, the chairman and CEO of Ventas, a REIT specializing in senior living. Cafaro said that fears over Obamacare were over-hyped concerning her company, claiming that they would have at most a minimal impact and that it was demographic trends that were the really important driver behind Ventas’s success. Cafaro also noted that Ventas has been making sound acquisitions over the past several years, with the goal of offering a steady, consistent return to its investors, something Cramer said that the company is one of the best at doing.
Yandex NV (NASDAQ:YNDX): Jim Cramer ranked this stock a Sell. Cramer previously ranked this stock a Sell on January 9, 2013. The stock’s 52-week high is $35.88, and its 52-week low is $19.93. Cramer was not a fan of Yandex, saying that there were other options in the sector that were more tried-and-true choices. For example, take Google (NASDAQ:GOOG), said Cramer, a company that he is still a fan of despite the high price tag.
