1. Three-ingredient Valentine’s Day M&M fudge
First up is a recipe for good old-fashioned fudge, but not the kind you have to slave over in the kitchen. This recipe comes from the woman behind Creme de la Crumb, and she says that it is basically foolproof. All you do is simply melt condensed milk and white chocolate together, stir in M&M’s, and then allow the mixture to cool in a prepared pan overnight. The next day, you can top your white fudge with more M&M’s or even sprinkles if you are feeling creative.
This recipe for M&M fudge is especially useful for this upcoming Valentine’s Day because the date falls on a Friday, a work day for many, so you may not have a lot of time in the kitchen before your big date, whether it’s with your companion or yourself that night. Thanks to this fudge recipe, though, you can simply prepare your dessert the night before and then add your sprinkles or M&M’s in the morning, making this not only a three-ingredient recipe but also close to a three-minute one.
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 bag (about 2 cups) white chocolate or vanilla chips
- 1 bag M&M candies
Directions: Line an 8-by-8-inch pan with wax paper or nonstick foil and spray with cooking spray. In a medium sauce pan, add condensed milk and chocolate chips. - 7 whole and ¼ graham crackers

- 3.5 ounces dark chocolate
- ¾ cup whipping cream
- 50 grams marshmallows (about 8 large marshmallows)
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional)
- whipped cream, shredded coconut (optional, to serve)
Directions: In a microwave-safe bowl, add in 3.5 ounces of dark chocolate, ¼ cup of whipping cream, and 8 big marshmallows. - 2½ cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 (10-ounce) bag peanut butter chips
- 18 chocolate graham crackers, whole
Directions: Heat ⅔ cup cream in a large microwavable bowl until steaming. Add chips and whisk until smooth; slowly whisk in remaining cream, then chill 15 minutes.
Beat the chilled cream just until soft peaks form. Arrange three graham crackers, side by side, long sides touching, on a serving plate (looks nice on a rectangular plate, if you have one).
