The combination under partnership has created a standards-based TV Everywhere advertising solution that allows video service providers to deliver specific ads to individual viewers who are watching live or on-demand programming on connected TVs, PCs, smartphones, tablets or other mobile devices. BlackArrow has premises in New York City and San Jose, and in addition to Cisco is backed by Comcast Ventures, Intel Capital (NASDAQ:INTC), Mayfield Fund, Motorola Ventures (NYSE: MMI), NDS Group, LTD., Polaris Venture Partners and Time Warner Cable (NYSE:TWC).
