20 Best Companies to Find a Work-From-Home Job With in 2015

Over the past two decades, as the Internet and communications technology evolved, work-from-home arrangements continued to become more and more common. Telecommuting has allowed talented workers to obtain positions that they may not have been able to obtain previously due to location constraints, family considerations, or health or physical limitations.
Not only has telecommuting opened up positions to workers in larger radii and promoted diversity in the workplace, it has also reduced costs for employers and employees alike. According to data published by Global Workplace Analytics, roughly 50% of workers have jobs that could be performed remotely, and nearly 80% of workers say they’d be interested in telecommuting.
If employers allowed these workers — those who could telecommute and want to — to work from home for just half of the time, the resulting economic benefit would be more than $700 billion annually. This $700 billion would come in the form of savings on overhead costs, monetary benefits from increases in productivity, and savings from decreased absenteeism rates.
