Verizon Communications (NYSE:VZ): Photos of the Samsung S-4 Mini for Verizon were leaked, showing off the device’s sleek, economical design. Also showcased was the Verizon logo, which appears prominently on both the home button on the phone’s front side and as an emblem on the back of the phone. DroidLife found the move cheesy, considering it hasn’t been seen on a phone in a long time.
Sprint (NYSE:S): Sprint has decided when the LG G2 will be available for delivery. The company’s website is now accepting pre-orders for the phone, which is expected to arrive on November 8. Sprint has attempted to make up for the delay by offering a series of free cases for pre-orders of the device.
T-Mobile (NYSE:TMUS): T-Mobile has denied requests of customers who used a glitched coupon code to purchase the Samsung Galaxy Gear smart watch at a considerable discount. In an email from the company, representatives simply stated that, “We are unable to fulfill this transaction,” assuring customers that they will not be charged anything for the error. Some customers are still upset, however, pointing to an incident where United Airlines honored tickets that were incorrectly sold for a zero dollar price tag.
