Sony intends to launch its new Playstation 4 home console in 2013 for about $430, giving the successor to the popular PS3 a touch panel control and easy access to social networking sites like Twitter and Facebook, according to Asahi, which added that the firm’s game chief, Andrew House, will unveil the new features at a Playstation meeting in New York on February 20th.

Ford Motor Company (NYSE:F): Closing price $13.07

On Thursday, Ford revealed details of the 2014 Ford FiestaST RallyCross car which will be on display at the Chicago Auto Show. This new race car will continue to represent Ford in the Global RallyCross Championship, in which its Fiesta race cars have done well, capturing the GRC driver and manufacturer championships in 2012.


Sirius XM Radio (NASDAQ:SIRI): Closing price $3.15

Automotive subscribers may well be the source of Sirius XM’s growth, and that factor largely relies upon the broader trend in domestic vehicle sales. The automotive market growth is being aided by higher availability of financing and lease deals. Overall auto sales in the United States stood at roughly 14.5 million last year and are expected to top 15 million in 2013.


RadioShack Corporation (NYSE:RSH): Closing price $3.11

Executive Vice President and President, Daily Living Products and Solutions for Walgreen Co., Joseph C. Magnacca, will be the new chief executive and board member of RadioShack, effective February 11th. Magnacca is an experienced retail executive and merchant, and presently oversees all of Walgreen’s marketing and merchandising operations over more than 8,000 stores.
