To conduct the transaction, Fifth Street expects to invest roughly $110 million and will finance the acquisition with available liquidity, which includes operating cash and borrowings under its existing credit facilities.

The medical device provider ICU Medical is mulling a divestiture that could bring over $1 billion, says a Bloomberg News report from Wednesday morning. The firm has recruited J.P. Morgan Chase & Co, according to the report, which cited inside sources, who added that ICU’s talks regarding a possible sale are still incomplete and the firm is gauging potential interest.

The industry’s provider of cloud-based financials  and ERP software suites announced Wednesday that it has bought OrderMotion, which provides order management solutions. The purchase of OrderMotion’s cloud-based Direct-to-Consumer Order Management capabilities contribute to NetSuite’s cloud-based order management system, reinforcing its focus on the complex business challenge. Financials of the acquisition were not divulged.

Trulia (NYSE: TRLA): Current price $31.53

Trulia reported Wednesday that it will acquire Market Leader,which is a provider of Software as a Service-based customer relationship management software for the real estate sector, at a price of roughly $355 million, or an implied price of $11.33 per share, based on the buyer’s close on Tuesday, May 7. Market Leader’s shareholders will receive $6 in cash along with 0.1553 shares of Trulia’s common stock for each share of Market Leader common stock.. The purchase price marks an 18-percent premium to Market Leaders close of $9.61 on the same date.
