4 Stocks Lighting Up Trading Screens Now

Citigroup Inc. (NYSE:C) has agreed to sell a $1.7 billion portfolio of private-equity assets to AXA Private Equity (AXA SA FR:CS). Citigroup shares are down 0.67% this morning in pre-market trading.

Prudential Financial Inc. (NYSE:PRU) announced late in the day on Tuesday that they would be buying back $1.5 billion in their own stock by the end of this month. Shares are up 0.87% in pre-market trading.

LDK Solar Co. (NYSE:LDK) shares continued to slip in pre-market trading after announcing late Tuesday a second quarter projected revenue lower than market expectations. Shares were down 1.13% Tuesday in after-hours trading and are down 4.93% this morning in pre-market.

Crude-oil futures (NYSE:USO) shares fell 0.87% this morning as OPEC tries to decide whether to raise its production ceiling. Saudi Arabia has already made plans to increase output by 500,000 barrels a day regardless of OPEC’s decision.
