Kevin Chen at The Motley Fool says that Google has revamped its Publisher Toolbar in order to help websites better control the Google ads displayed on their sites. Since introducing the Publisher Toolbar in 2012, the search major has seen over 234,000 publishers download the Chrome extension. Now, Google has debuted more functionality and more control for publishers; specifically, the company has added two new features, with a feedback interface and blocking. Using the feedback feature, publishers will be enabled to give feedback directly to Google, and the blocking feature provides publishers insight into both the buyer and the advertiser, and also the ability to block the buyer.

Dover Corp. (NYSE:DOV): Current price $79.54

On Thursday, Dover announced that its board has unanimously signed off on a plan to spin off certain of its communication technologies units into a standalone, publicly traded company. Upon completion of the move, the new entity, Knowles Corporation will be an independent, worldwide tech and market leader in the communication technologies space. Beyond that, Knowles will have significant product breadth in acoustic components, among which include MEMs microphones, speakers, receivers, and transducers, alongside a solid position in communication infrastructure components.

OCZ Technology Group (NASDAQ: OCZ): Current price $1.45

As expected, OCZ has received a letter from the Staff of the Listing Qualifications Department of The NASDAQ Stock Market advising that, based upon the firm’s failure to timely file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended February 28 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, as mandated by NASDAQ Listing Rule 5250c(1), the additional filing deficiency would be considered by the Listing Qualifications Panel in rendering a determination regarding OCZ’s request for continued listing on NASDAQ. The firm has not yet filed its Forms 10-Q for the fiscal quarters ended August 31, 2012 and November 30, 2012, or the restatement of its financial statements included in its Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended February 29, 2012 and its Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended May 31, 2012 with the SEC as required.

LinkedIn (NYSE:LNKD): Current price $176.33

It has been confirmed that LinkedIn has hired all the staff from social polling startup Maybe, except for its founder Omar Hamoui, according to TechCrunch. The report also said that Maybe has now been shut down, but the financial terms of the deal will not be reported.
